By combining proven APQP, Lean Manufacturing & VA/VE, as well as the Japanese concepts of "Kaizen" & "Poka-Yoke" with employee empowerment, we have achieved major gains in productivity and safety.

Quality

Our Quality team performs electronic data collection via check fixtures and CMM's to ensure dimensional integrity of our products, and is experienced in tooling, weld component and assembly fixture quality buy-offs for major OEM's. We ultize GR&R, Circle Grid Analysis, Cp/Cpk, PPAP, and Six Sigma methods.
