    Tooling Engineer - The ideal candidates will have a BS degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years experience in a heavy industrial stamping environment. Responsibilities include the quotation of engineering changes, evaluation of dies to improve efficiency, manage major die repair, support new product launch/ APQP/ DPAR/ FEMA, lead continuous improvement lean events, bolster the PM program, lead the Engineering Change Process, and support all customers/vendor requests.

    Automation Engineer / Robot Specialist - Candidate will be responsible for programming and troubleshooting pressroom automation (Fanuc experience a plus), supervising maintenance technicians and working with Control Engineers on day to day issues. Candidate will develop and document acceptable parameters for robot/automation processes, evaluate processes and procedures to maintain or improve robot/equipment efficiencies and reduce overall cycle time. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot robotic issues to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, train personnel in robotic application techniques and assist the quality department in maintaining part quality.

    Manufacturing Engineer - The ideal candidates will have BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field and 5+ years experience in heavy industrial, stamping and/or welding environment. Responsibilities include reviewing current processes for improvement/adherence, implementing error proofing devices, utilizing lean tools, and overseeing crisis repair for all stamping and/or welding equipment.

    Tool & Die Repair Associate - The ideal candidate will have a technical degree with a Journeyman card from an approved organization and 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial Tool & Die shops. Production support for a 3 shift stamping operation using tandem, progressive, and transfer press die sets. Ensure die readiness for production through engineering change request, crisis repair, preventative maintenance, PPAP modifications, and new product launch. Ensure safety through PPE compliance, company policies and procedures and impeccable housekeeping.

    Quality Engineer - The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in a related discipline and 5 or more years experience in a heavy industrial environment. Responsibilities include managing new and existing parts for external customers, interacting with customers and meeting all customer requirements along with improving programs for assigned parts. This person will also maintain close contact with production counterparts to assure product quality requirements are met along with maintaining a system and procedural requirements for TS-16949. This person should have excellent communication skills to handle customers while utilizing appropriate channels to resolve the problem or issue.
