Deep Drawn Stamping of a 48" Steel Mower Deck for the Lawn & Garden Industry

Spartanburg Steel Products manufactured this deep drawn stamping of a steel mower deck for a client in the lawn and garden industry. Beginning with a customer-supplied print and 3D CAD drawing, we ensured we adhered to our client’s strict specifications. This 48” mower deck is used on residential lawn tractors. It is a deep drawn stamping using 2.5mm hot rolled steel. It is processed in a 5 press tandem line with automated transfer. The parts are hand packed into custom racks for shipment to the customer.
